Signing onto the FAA Knowledge Services Network

To access the eFAST OS 7 home page, vendors must sign into the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Knowledge Services Network (KSN) accessed at the following link, using their assigned eFAST logon id and password:

Note: It is important to use Google Chrome as the browser when accessing the OS 7 site, to ensure that all of the site functionality performs properly.

When clicking links in email notifications from the eFAST OS 7 Team to access the site, set your browser default to Google Chrome to ensure that the site automatically opens in Google Chrome.

You can set the browser default by following these instructions: Right-click the Windows Start button on the taskbar, then select Settings > Apps > Default apps > Google Chrome.
